Who can get a novated car lease in Australia. Most government jobs have as part of their salary pavkage the availablity to get a novated car lease. this could mean that you use your gross wages ot pay the repayments instead of your nett wages or after tax dollars. The financier purchases the car and leases it to the leasee. In most cases the leasee agrees to purchase the car back from the financier (leasor).
