Peace and Conflict Resolution.org also known as P&CR.org (http://www.peaceandconflictresolution.org/) is a free nonprofit web based service focused on developing cultural and interreligious dialogue to develop popularly agreed upon global ethics in the interest of world peace. Each user of the service sends their religious leader a Note of Encouragement which over time developes public opinion reflecting ever growing concensus. Additional focus includes opinion survey and the development of research ideas with think tanks, scholars, religious and international affairs writers and publishers, governments, and institutions. A thrid area of focus is within the mass media and the arts working to soften attitudes among cultures.
